recommend for a brief stopover

Clean room, friendly staff, with a great sense of humor made my two-night stay good, along with the convenience of free parking and an excellent indoor swimming pool to relax in after a day of exploring.

Loved our time here. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for a Fall weekend. The breakfast was nice hot with amazing view and hot options, perfect to start our day. Most of the staffs were extremely friendly and excellent.

the queen room was updated, had coffee and tea making equipment, multi-channel tv, and a seating area. all of the staff were superbly friendly, amiable. it was in the central location convenient to all the historical sites.

tall ceilings, easy parking, next-door Heritage Center

The bathroom layout feels awkward with the door placement!!! More frequent room cleaning would have been nice, even if just for upkeep!!! Could use an upgrade to the shower heads for a better experience!!!

The place was reasonably clean with a helpful staff from the front desk clerks to the house keeping staff. The hotel had a central location and it was next door to an educational and entertaining museum.

The breakfast is surprisingly awesome, no gluten-free anguish here! The location is a dream, just a hop away from shops and history.

Four handicap spots for a busy hotel is a bit rough.

Quiet, immaculate units provided with the microwave, fridge plus a comfortable King bed.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The breakfast offered a nice variety. Scrambled eggs would have been a better option instead of fried. Remember to request room cleaning daily, as it's not automatic due to staffing issues. Still, a solid choice for Gettysburg.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was the location.It was within walking distance to the shops.

The hotel was overpriced, very much so. You didnt, have a microwave, or a frig, or coffee in the rooms. At other hotels for that price you got more luxuries in the room. The cable only had about 15 channels. The furniture was old and cheap. The balcony had a light that you couldnt turn off, causing it to shine into the window because the curtains would not close all of the way, hard to fall asleep because of it. The food in the vending machines were old. My husband is disabled, so everytimewe used the elevator he had to use his inhaler because of the smell and it was so slow. So our experience at the hotel was a bad one.

The breakfast spread at this spot was like a culinary hug! From fresh-baked bread to warm smiles from the staff, you start your day feeling all kinds of right. Plus, the location is a food lover's dream-so many tasty joints nearby, like Appalachian Brewing Company just a hop away!

The room is very nice, big and clean environment. Great parking lot available. Continental breakfast is very good.

No refrigerator in room.

I found America's Best Value Inn to be delightful, a great location close to the battlefield, and a real value. Definitely exceeded my expectations!
